Director
Graeme is the Director and Founder of Streamline, a family-owned business known for innovative solutions and exceptional service. With a talent for problem-solving and hands-on leadership, he’s grown Streamline into a trusted industry name. His commitment to a family-oriented culture is reflected in his children’s key roles within the team, fostering collaboration and trust. Graeme’s dedication to clients and staff drives a solution-focused, caring approach.
Outside of Work: Graeme enjoys biking and exploring the country.

Jeremy
General Manager
Jeremy is the General Manager of our family-owned business, bringing over 17 years of hands-on experience. Having worked his way through various roles, he combines practical knowledge with a natural ability to inspire and drive the team. His leadership and energy have been key to the company’s growth, all while maintaining a relaxed, adventurous spirit.
Outside of Work: Jeremy enjoys making memories with his children.

Satendra
Operations
As Streamline’s go-to for Health & Safety – Satendra keeps everything in check, always with a smile on his face. Whether it’s ensuring a safe work environment or tackling unexpected challenges, he takes it all in stride.
Outside of Work: When he’s not keeping things under control at work, you’ll find him tending to his garden, earning him the nickname “Mr. Marigold” from his neighbors. He also enjoys relaxing with his beloved cat and making the most of any well-earned lazy time.
Fun fact: If it grows, Satendra can make it flourish—just don’t ask him to rush it!

Field Service Representative
Zac joined Streamline in January 2010 as a Roofing Installer and worked his way up to Field Service Representative through dedication and hard work. He’s always on the move, measuring sites and embracing every opportunity to climb roofs—it’s practically second nature to him!
Outside of Work: When he’s not scaling rooftops, Zac treasures quality time with his daughter, making every moment count.
Fun Fact: If there’s a roof to climb, you can bet Zac is already halfway up!

Olivier
Schedular
Olivier started in December 2022. The glue that keeps Streamline Roofing running smoothly. From scheduling to ordering, he manages it all with precision, respect, and a cool head under pressure. With a schedule that changes daily, he adapts like a pro, keeping projects on track and customers happy. In the office, he’s the voice of wisdom—the go-to guy for solutions, strategy, and a steady hand.
Outside of Work: When Ollie isn’t at work, he’s busy working on his CNC machine, refining his craft and exploring new projects

Esmeralda
Office Manager
With 16 years of corporate experience in administration, management, and estimating from her previous company in South Africa , Esmeralda is a key part of the Streamline team. She joined in January 2025 as an Office Manager, ensuring that all processes are executed correctly and operations run smoothly. A natural team player, Esmeralda values efficiency, organization, and workplace morale. She believes that occasional team treats can contribute to a happy and productive environment.
Outside of work: you’ll find her on the sports field or spending time with family.
Fun fact: She’s the loudest cheerleader on the sidelines, always supporting the kids’ team!

Matt
Estimator
As the newest member of the Streamline team, Matt brings a wealth of experience to the Estimating department from his previous roles in construction and manufacturing. Matt enjoys the challenges involved with finding solutions to best meet clients specific needs.

Claudette
Estimator
As a valued member of the estimating team, Claudette plays a crucial role in bringing projects to life—handling drawings and expertly piecing together pricing with precision.
A quiet achiever, she lets her work speak for itself, ensuring every detail is in place.
Outside of work: Claudette enjoys spending quality time with her family, embracing the moments that matter most.
Fun fact: She may be quiet, but her estimating skills make a big impact!

Rebecca
Administration
Rebecca joined Streamline in July 2024 in Administration and is the first person you may talk to when calling or stepping into our Office.
Outside of work: you’ll find Rebecca either chilling out with her family and dog (who thinks he’s a big tough Rottweiler but in actual fact he’s a little Shih Tzu mix), or on the Marching field with a Leisure Marching Team she co-coaches and leads called Illuzion.
Fun Fact: In her competitive Marching days, she was a member of a 7-time National Champion Masters Team for their final 2 seasons as their Leader. Yes, you could say Marching is her jam!!

Finance
Alicia has been a cornerstone of our family business for over 15 years, bringing expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Her deep knowledge of our operations makes her a trusted advisor to both staff and leadership.
